Our formal Privacy Policy is being finalized with our legal counsel ahead of our customer portal launch. In the meantime, the following principles describe how we handle data today:
Business and contact information you give us (name, email, phone, address), product and shipment details you enter into the customer portal, and standard site analytics (Google Analytics) for visitors to shipprephouston.com.
Card details are collected and stored directly by Stripe, our payment processor — they never pass through or get stored on our own servers. We only keep a reference to your Stripe customer record.
Solely to provide fulfillment, prep, and storage services: processing your shipments, quoting and billing for services you request, and contacting you about your account. We do not sell customer data.
Service providers that power the portal act as our data processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), and Google (sign-in and site analytics). Each only sees what's needed to do its job.
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us below.
