All four written guarantees on our /guarantees page (Zero Shrinkage, 99.8%+ Accuracy, Same-Day Shipping with 2 PM CT cutoff, 2-Hour Receiving) form binding commitments for active customers.
Pricing on our /pricing page is authoritative. All fees are billed monthly in arrears. No setup fees, no long-term contracts.
Customer inventory, order, and contact data are held in confidence. We do not sell, share, or use customer data for any purpose other than fulfilling our services.
Liability for damaged or lost inventory is governed by our Zero Shrinkage guarantee and standard 3PL insurance limits. Full SLA terms will be published with the customer portal.
